Ralph P. Billeri is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Information Sciences and Technology.

Professor Billeri is a Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting. Since 1999 he has developed an expertise in providing applied information technology and business consulting to assist his clients. He is currently Account Lead for select civilian agencies of the U.S. Federal Government. Previous work at Deloitte included working with the General Services Administration’s (GSA) enterprise implantation of Homeland Security Presidential Directive. He also worked in the Identity Credential and Access Management (ICAM) Program Management Office, where he assisted in the development and implementation of identity credentials across all Federal Agencies and Departments of the Executive Branch of Government.

Professor Billeri earned his M.B. A. at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and studied Management Leadership Development at Yale University School of Management. He earned his B.A./MIS at Bryant University. His certifications include PMP and PMI.
