Northern Virginia Community College (NVCC) Students

NVCC students interested in the Information Technology program at Mason are recommended to follow the Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Information Technology and transfer to Mason for a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology. Information on courses and how they transfer into Mason can be located at the Virginia Community College System (VCCS) Transfer Guide.

Note: Students that have taken ITP 120 / ITE 170 / ITD 256 prior to January 2012 will get transfer credit equivalent of IT 106 / IT 213 / IT 214.  If these were completed during or after Spring 2012, students may view course credit/waiver options.
