Planning to take an online course, or interested in learning technologies? The Instructional Design & Technology (IDT) Program in the Division of Learning Technologies of the College of Education and Human Development is offering two classes Fall 2015 that you may be interested in:
EDIT 201 DL1 (CRN 74033)- Strategies for Online Learning Success – 1 Credit
Helps students assess their readiness for online learning using effective strategies for online interaction and activities designed to promote successful online experiences. EDIT 201 is offered totally online as a self-paced course except for one synchronous session (8/31/2015) via Blackboard.
EDIT 401 001 (CRN 78472) – Introduction to Learning Technologies – 3 Credits
Provides an overview of the field of learning technologies, including its history, theoretical foundations, design processes, and technologies. Illustrates how learning technologies can be applied in a variety of teaching and training contexts including e-learning, educational software, instructional design, corporate training, and curriculum development. EDIT 401 is a blended course with 8 F2F sessions, 7 asynchronous online sessions, and one synchronous session via Blackboard.
