If you are in catalog years prior to 2016-2017, the “B or better” designation for concentration gateway courses does not apply to you; you will only need a C or better.
If you wish to register for a course that lists “B or better in” for the prerequisite but you earned a C, C+, or B- in that course, you will need to submit an override request form at ist.gmu.edu/go/override and in the comments section, state your catalog year and the grade you earned in the gateway course.
