Summer 2015 Registration

Registration for Summer 2015 will occur during Spring Break.  If you are planning to take summer courses, please make an Advising Appointment before then in order to discuss your proposed summer schedule.  As you develop your schedule, remember that the summer is divided into three standard sessions offered in abbreviated formats; accordingly, the course work is more intensive. It is strongly recommended students use the following maximum credit load guidelines when registering:

Undergraduates: 14 credits
Graduates: 10 credits
Non-Degree: 10 Credits

Furthermore, students should not register for more than 7 credit hours in any one session and no more than 10 in overlapping sessions. Undergraduate students eligible to register with cumulative grade point averages below 2.0 will be automatically limited to 13 credit hours.

Also be sure to note whether your course is a distance-learning course (i.e. taught mostly online) or an in-person course.  Many summer AIT courses are distance-learning.  Be sure to speak with your advisor to determine if distance courses are a good fit for you.

The Summer Term website has a plethora of further information, and you should read it thoroughly before registering for courses.  Remember, you can always contact us at our Undergraduate Email or our Graduate Email if you have any questions.
