Ioulia Rytikova, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor and an Associate Chair for Graduate Studies in the Department of Information Sciences and Technology. Dr. Rytikova is also a co-director of the Personalized Learning in Applied Information Technology (PLAIT) laboratory.

Dr. Rytikova earned a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science and a B.S./M.S. in Control Systems at National University of Science and Technology, Moscow, Russia.

Her research interests include: operations research and engineering (large industrial complexes), data science and big data analytics, innovative learning and teaching, and engineering education.
