Biography
Khanh is a PhD student in the Information Science & Technology program. Prior to attending George Mason University, he received a bachelor’s degree from Averett University in Business Administration while serving in the United States Marine Corps. Khanh received his second bachelor's degree in Mathematics and a Master's Degree in Data Analytics Engineering at George Mason University. He has been working as a Data Scientist for commercial companies and the U.S. federal government. He has experience leveraging Azure, Amazon cloud, and Big Data infrastructure to build Machine Learning models for Fraud Detection and Natural Language Processing (NLP) projects. Khanh always has a curiosity for Math, Science, and new technology in social media and the virtual world.
